形态描述

鉴别特征：额角末端平截，具2或3个前背齿，腹缘无齿；头胸甲无触角刺；第三颚足末第三节宽约为末第二节的2倍；第一步足螯正常，不卷曲形成半闭的管状构造；第三步足指节模糊的双爪状；眼眶后头胸甲最大长度约3 mm。共栖宿主：双壳类软体动物，砗蝶属Tridacna属的种类

国外分布

西印度洋到安达曼群岛，泰国，越南，马来西亚，印度尼西亚和巴布亚新几内亚，澳大利亚大堡礁，新喀里多尼亚，马绍尔群岛，土阿莫土群岛。
